Prior roles included Human Resources Executive & General Manager, Woestalleen Colliery, and Managing Director/Co-founder of ZASCOR Pty Limited, a global coal mining and trading organisation.

Brett is a successful Sales leader with extensive experience in an array of industries including tyre retail, wholesale & re-treading, renewable energy, energy efficiency, telecommunications, cyber security and digital transformation within large corporations across New Zealand and South Africa. He has a track record for creating long lasting mutually beneficial relationships and growing organisations bottom line profitability all while delivering efficiencies and forging positive outcomes. Brett thrives on stakeholder engagement. Prior roles included Shareholder and Sales Director for Winterbourne Green Energy, Key Relationship Manager for Vox Telecom, Metro fibre Networks and Sales Manager for iConnect across multiple provinces. Most recently Brett was B2B Sales Manager and Account Director for New Zealand government-owned Kordia, a leading provider of mission-critical technology solutions throughout Australasia.
Tony is a Partner at Bancorp Merchant Bankers with 30 years extensive experience in all facets of corporate finance. He is Chairman of a number of companies including Omni Health, General Capital Technologies, Hurlingham Partners and its operations Small Business Accounting and Index Tourism Group. He is a non-executive director of Moana New Zealand, Sealord Group and Treble Cone Ski Area among others
Simon is a shareholder representative, and co-founder of Energy Estate. Simon has more than 25 years of experience advising on the development, acquisition and financing of assets in the energy and circular economy sectors globally. He has experience across the energy value chain, ranging from upstream oil and gas to electricity and gas transmission and distribution. Simon has worked on ground-breaking and innovative transactions in over 75 countries. He is noted as “one of the most well-connected in the energy industry.” Prior to founding Energy Estate, Simon was Global Head of Energy at Norton Rose Fulbright.
Luke is a currently a director of both Energy Estate and REVYRE in Australia and NZ. Luke has over 20 years’ experience with large infrastructure transactions and global infrastructure investors. Luke has led a number of large complex multi-stakeholder infrastructure assignments and transactions in the energy and sustainable infrastructure sectors. Luke’s previous roles include Oceania Leader for Renewables at Ernst & Young, and GM Transactions & Strategy for 5 years at Origin Energy. He also spent over 10 years in investment banking.

For over 25 years, Vincent has been at the forefront of developments in the energy sector, from energy privatisations to the development of energy markets and the rapid deployment of renewable energy. Vincent has worked on many of the Asia-Pacific region’s most significant and innovative transactions in the energy sector. His experience spans governments, utilities, pension funds and start-ups, and he is “known for his mastery of energy issues” and “commerciality, astuteness and commitment to getting a deal done.” Prior to founding Energy Estate, Vincent was APAC Head of Energy at Norton Rose Fulbright.
Senior Campaign Director
Simon has more than two decades of senior experience in public policy leadership, governance and implementation. He was most recently the Victorian Renewable Energy Advocate and from 2008-2016 was the Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for the Environment and Climate Change of the Australian Capital Territory. His advocacy for a strong climate change policy for Canberra saw the ACT achieve national and international recognition as a best-practice jurisdiction, on track for 100% renewable energy by 2020. He is widely recognised as a leader in the areas of renewable energy, climate change mitigation and adaptation, urban sustainability and public transport. Simon is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra, an Honorary Associate Professor at the ANU, and a Patron of the Smart Energy Council. Simon advises clients on renewable energy policy and programs, government and community engagement, advocacy, project delivery, climate change adaptation / mitigation and reverse auction design.
